Delivery Information

Here are some important guidelines regarding the delivery of your order:

1. Shipping Cost: Shipping charges may vary depending on the country of delivery. At the moment we deliver to Germany and Austria only. In Germany shipping costs are 4.90 €. Shipping to Austria costs 8.90 €. Shipping is free on orders over 50.00 €. You can always see the final costs in your shopping cart.
2. Express Shipping: Unfortunately we do not offer express shipping at this time.
3. Shipping Time: The estimated shipping time depends on your location but in most cases it is 3-7 business days. Orders placed on a working day (M-F) BEFORE 12:00 will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed AFTER 12:00 will be dispatched the following day. However, the orders placed AFTER 12:00 on Friday or ON A HOLIDAY will be dispatched on the next business day. Please note that unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or logistical issues can occasionally affect the delivery schedule.
4. Shipment Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery online, ensuring you stay informed about the whereabouts of your package.
5. Delivery Address: To ensure a successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate delivery address during the checkout process. Double-check the address details to avoid any delivery delays or issues.
6. Signature Requirement: Depending on the nature and value of the items in your order, a signature may be required upon delivery. This helps ensure the secure receipt of your package. If you cannot be present during the delivery, you may need to make alternative arrangements or contact the courier service to schedule a convenient delivery time.
7. Delivery Issues: If you experience any problems with your delivery, such as a delay or damage, please contact our customer support immediately.
