Returns are free of charge within 14 days of receipt and must be unopened and originally packaged.
If there is a quality defect in your product, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible, quoting your order number and the product(s) in question. You can also send the product back to us.
Please be advised that only sealed products will be accepted for return. Due to hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be accepted.
Gifts & Free Products
Gifts or free products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
If you are returning a product that contains one or more promotional gifts or freebies, you must also return all gifts or freebies listed on the order confirmation to receive a refund. Please include the Gift or Free Product(s) when returning without having to re-register it.
If the gift/gift is not returned, the refund amount for the remaining returned items will be paid in the form of a gift certificate.
You must return the entire set, including all products if you wish to return a set. We cannot return or refund individual products that are part of a set. Your return will be considered incomplete and will not be eligible for a refund if you return individual products from a set.
Can I exchange a product?
Unfortunately, product exchanges are not possible. The only exceptions to this rule are in the following cases:
- You have received a product that is incorrect.
- The product was delivered in a damaged condition.
- The product was delivered after the expiration date.
How do I return a product?
Please contact us. Don’t forget to include your order number and the item(s) you are returning.
You will receive further instructions from our customer support team.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return two different orders in one package. Please register a second order separately and use two separate return labels and two separate packages if you wish to return a second order.
Return shipping charges
Please note: We cannot cover the cost of return shipping.
We allow 5-7 business days to process the return and an additional 4-6 business days to process the refund once we receive the return in our warehouse.
Wrong/damaged item received
Please contact us immediately with the following information in the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect/damaged item from us:
- Your order number;
- Photos of the delivery note;
- Photos of the misdelivered/damaged item, including labels and packaging;
- Photos of the product number and expiration date if it is a food product.
We will find out. As soon as possible, we will find a solution for you.
Important: Do not return the wrongly delivered/damaged item unless instructed to do so by customer service.
